SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – Carini Heating And Air Conditioning recently received the 2012 Angie’s List Super Service Award, recognizing the HVAC company’s commitment to excellent customer service.
Angie’s List is the nation’s leading provider of consumer reviews on local contractors and doctors in more than 500 service categories. The review site gives out the Super Service Award at the end of the year to businesses that are cream of the crop.

Angie’s List members are consumers who take the time to write serious, thorough and straightforward reviews that help others learn more about a company,” says Gabriel Carini, the owner of the San Diego County heating and cooling company.
According to the Angie’s List website, only five percent of businesses listed meet their stringent eligibility requirements that include earning a minimum number of reports, an exemplary rating from their customers and abiding by Angie’s List operational guidelines.
Consumers can submit a report about their experience with a company and grade different aspects of the company from A to F. Companies must maintain a GPA of at least 3.5 to be eligible for the Super Service Award. Any consumer can write a review on a business, but only Angie’s List members’ reviews count toward the rating of a company.
“What makes Angie’s List reviews different from other sites is that they prohibit anonymous reviews and prevent providers and companies from posting fraudulent reviews for themselves or against their competitors,” says Carini, who has been a central air conditioning repair and heating service provider for more than a decade.
Since Carini Heating And Air Conditioning’s first review on Angie’s List in September 2009, they have gotten more than 75 reviews and have an average GPA of “A.”
Angie’s List encourages companies to interact with reviewers and respond to complaints as a way to build rapport with customers and resolve problems. Reviews of Carini Heating And Air Conditioning repeatedly mention the high quality of customer service and how the company goes the extra mile.
