We have many service plans available to me your individual needs.

Our maintenance agreements provide you with regular system upkeep. Highly trained Carini service technicians come out and inspect your system twice per year to make sure everything is running properly. The agreement is designed to meet or exceed all manufacturer and extended warranty requirements for system maintenance and surpasses the Federal Government Energy Star recommendations. A maintenance agreement will keep your system running at its peak year round, and is perfect for homeowners who want the peace of mind, knowing that their HVAC investment will last for many years to come.

How does a maintenance agreement enhance the operation of my system, improve energy efficiency and save money by preventing needless repairs in the future?

1) Two annual check-ups of your air conditioning and heating system let us diagnose any minor issues and resolved them before they can cause problems during extreme weather.

2) All our repairs come with a one year warranty. If the same part fails within the year, it's at our expense, not yours.

3) You save on system replacement. When its time to replace your air conditioning system, maintenance agreement members receive a 10% discount.

4) Maintenance Agreement Check-Up Scheduling. We'll keep track of your check-ups and contact you to schedule a convenient appointment time.

Furnace cleaning and safety inspections: September 15th - December 15th
Spring A/C Tune up: January 15th - May 15th

For consumers looking for an extra measure of protection, Extended Warranties are available for up to ten (10) years of coverage.

All new air conditioning and heating systems come from the manufacturer with a limited warranty allowing free part replacement for a specified time period. However, the associated costs of replacing a part, such as refrigerant, EPA charges, welding and recovery fees, handling fees and labor, are generally not covered under a manufacturer's limited warranty.

A Manufacturer's Extended Warranty does provide you with replacement coverage, while also protecting you from unexpected bills and inflation, and guaranteeing that your HVAC equipment will be repaired by a factory-trained Carini Air technician and that only genuine manufacturer parts will be used.
