Great Air Conditioning and Heating job in South Park
I hired Carini Heating and Air Conditioning to install a new furnace and air conditioning system in my house in South Park. Our house is pretty old, building in 1938, and I wanted to make sure that I used an air conditioning and heating company that knew how to work in old houses without damaging ceiling and walls. Gabe Carini the owner of the company gave me several referrals from homeowners in Kensington, South Park and Mission Hills, and all of them had nothing but good things to say about the company, including their installers, service people and office staff. I love our new Rheem furnace
I hired Carini Heating and Air Conditioning to replace my 23 yr. old furnace in my house in PB. The property management firm I work for uses them for all their rental properties throughout San Diego County, and I've only heard good things about them over the years from our tenants. They always arrive on time, make sure that our rental houses and condos are kept clean and their prices are extremely fair with great quality products like Rheem.
So when it was time to replace our furnace, it was an easy choice. I did some research on the Rheem equipment they proposed, and found great ratings from Consumer Reports. It's amazing how much more energy efficient this furnace is compared to the old one, and it's so comfortable in our recent cold weather (well, not today, but I'm sure it will get cold again!)

I also posted a review on google, this is one of the few service companies we used that deserves the effort. We had a tricky venting problem in our master bath, they solved it per their commitment for a fair price. Follow up service was terrific, wish all our contractors were as good as they are.

New Rheem 2 ton system in San Diego - works great!
We're new to San Diego and just bought a new house here. My daughter used Carini Air Conditioning when she moved to San Diego, and praised the company for their professionalism and great service. My mother and father grew up in San Diego (went to San Diego High) and ouir family grew up in the South Park area of the city. We lived in old San Diego houses without air conditioning just like most of our neighbors, when it wasn't SO DARN HOT in the summers. But if you've lived in San Diego for more than about 15 years, you know that it gets hotter here every year. Long story short, we finally decided to put air conditioning in our 1924 mission style house - and because of the lathe and plaster walls, it was a challenge to put in new air conditioning ducts and to have the system installed without affecting the old style design of the house. We were referred to Carini Air Conditioning in San Diego by some friends who have old houses like us, and they told us that Carini installed their air conditioning, did a great job and that they really understood how to work in old San Diego houses. An Honest Air Conditioning Company in San Diego!
My wife and I had Carini Air Conditioning come out to our house in North Park to service our air conditioning system (a 10 year old Carrier). The technician (Brian) was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about our system. I'm sure he could have talked us into buying a whole new system, but instead, fixed the problem and saved us a lot of money. Best service and value in San Diego heating and air
Carini Heating and Air San Diego came to my house in Bonita and created an energy efficient heating and air conditioning system for our ranch style home. The house was built in the 50's with rooms added on to make it a sprawling ranch house, with a lot of rooms needing different kinds of heating and air systems.
We have two rooms that were add-ons and neither could accommodate ducting - so we had Carini Heating and Air San Diego install two mini-split systems that are mounted on the walls, require no ducting and keep the room perfectly warm or comfortably cool.

We moved to the Jamul/Rancho San Diego area - bought a 14 year old home that incredibly had no air conditioning. I can't see how the previous owner could have lived there without it. This company is honest and dependable
As a single woman, I was kind of paranoid about having someone come to service my furnace. I've heard horror stories about unethical home contractors, and of course was afraid I would end up paying too much for the repairs (since I know NOTHING about furnaces). I can barely figure out how to use the thermostat. But I was pleasantly surprised by the great service I got from Carini Heating and Air Conditioning for my condo in El Cajon. Their service manager showed explained what was wrong in plain english, and made sure I understood why he had to replace a part and install a new clean filter. The cost was extremely reasonable and it only took less than an hour to do get the system running. I also decided to get a new thermostat that was as easy to run as my microwave!

Totally trustworthy, honest and great technicians
I own a two-story townhouse in North Park and needed to replace an old furnace. I heard about Carini Heating and Air from one of the girls in my office, who used them to install an air conditioning and heating system in her house in PB. Gabriel Carini, the owner, came out to my place the day after I called, and I could tell a big difference from working with the owner of the company compared to some of the AC salesman the other companies sent out. He was extremely knowledgeable and came up with some creative ways to let me to add air conditioning along with the furnace at a price I could afford. I also did some research on different brands, and the Rheem systems they specialize in were rated highest in a consumer report that I read. Long story short, we got the best price and package from Carini, and I hope other people give them a try
