About Carini Heating,
Air and Plumbing
Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing is a family owned and operated business that serves San Diego and the surrounding areas. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, owner Gabriel Carini founded the company in 2006. The company’s primary goals are providing energy efficient HVAC and plumbing products, outstanding customer service and practical solutions for heating, air conditioning and plumbing applications for residential and commercial customers.
The heating, air conditioning and plumbing installation and service technicians at Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing are factory-trained, licensed, insured, and knowledgeable in all areas of their respective trades for San Diego homeowners and businesses. Our HVAC teams are educated and certified in the installation and repair of traditional central heating and air conditioning systems, heat pumps, the latest advances in green technology and ductless mini split configurations. Our plumbing professionals are trained in all areas of plumbing installation and repair, including tankless water heaters, drain cleaning, whole home water filtration, and all types of kitchen and bath appliances. We specialize in HVAC and plumbing for vintage and historical homes; traditional home retrofits; custom homes and light commercial applications.
Our product line includes the most cost competitive traditional heating and air conditioning products from Bryant Heating and Cooling, a division of Carrier Corporation; and we are the leading contractor of Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Splits for home and business installations in all of Southern California.
LIABILITY INSURANCE – Over $1 Million in Coverage
The Contractors’ State License Board (CSLB) requires all HVAC and plumbing contractors to hold General Liability insurance to protect against bodily injury and accidental property damage. Carini is proud to carry over $1 Million Dollars in Liability Coverage, so you can feel totally secure about having our employees working in your home or business.
Beware of Hiring Uninsured Contractors
If you hire an uninsured or under-insured contractor, you are accepting many risks in the event that a company’s workers are injured in your home or cause damage during their work. For instance, if damage is caused, an uninsured contractor may not have the resources to cover repairs or to reimburse you.
WORKERS’ COMPENSATION INSURANCE
California state law requires all companies with employees to maintain up-to-date Workers’ Compensation insurance. This type of insurance covers employees at companies you hire, if they are injured while working on jobs in your home or business. Carini covers all employees with Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
