San Diego, CA January 27, 2015: Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing, a leading San Diego County HVAC provider, hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house to celebrate the company’s move into an expanded office and warehouse facility in the Point Loma area. The event was held Thursday, February 5 at 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. It took place at 3388 Channel Way, San Diego, CA 92110.

Jerry Sanders, former San Diego Mayor and current President of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce and City Councilwoman Lorie Zapf led the festivities with the ribbon cutting ceremony between 11:45 AM and 12:30 PM. Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing Founder and CEO Gabriel Carini will also take part in the ceremony, along with Donata Hammonds from the HERO Program, Carini’s financing partner.

At the open house, Carini will also be announcing the expansion of its product line with highly energy efficient products and services, including solar, Energy efficient doors and windows, tankless water heaters, artificial turf and other energy and water saving equipment. The company is offering these new products in conjunction with the HERO Program, the fastest growing energy efficiency financing program in the country. HERO allows homeowners to lower their carbon footprint and reduce energy costs by funding these energy saving products based on home equity, not credit scores. There are tax deductible benefits and many properties in San Diego County qualify for HERO funding.
