Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing is introducing a new line of Fujitsu ductless mini splits that incorporate Fujitsu’s proprietary ESP (Energy Saving Program). ESP features a unique motion sensor technology that senses when a room has been vacated, and adjusts the temperature based on if the room is or isn’t occupied. These new systems include Carini’s industry leading 12-year extended warranty and the company’s 5-year warranty on labor – a combination unmatched by any other heating and AC contractor.

“This new motion sensor technology is super high tech,” said Gabriel Carini, company founder and CEO. “When someone leaves a room, after 20 minutes the temperature is increased by 4 degrees when the air conditioning is on, and reduced by 8 degrees when in heating mode. When a person returns to the room, the temperature goes back to where it had been previously set.”

With efficiency ratings up to 33 SEER, these systems are the world’s most efficient mini-split available on the market.

Carini notes that this is another example of how the ductless mini split systems help homeowners save energy, and why they are becoming so popular for everything from single rooms to whole home systems. “Ductless mini splits used to be considered only for single room installations such as studios, granny flats or server rooms in commercial buildings,” Carini said. “Now ductless mini splits are competing very effectively against traditional split systems for whole-home configurations because they can provide air conditioning or heating to very specific rooms at comparable costs.”

The new Fujitsu line, which features wireless remote control, sleep timers and ion deodorizing filters, include 36 single zone models ranging in capacity from 9,000 to 42,000 BTU’s.
