According to the announcement, “The HERO Program is recognizing HERO Registered Contractors for their extraordinary service with our new monthly Above & Beyond Awards. Our first recipient is Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing, who prevented near disaster for San Diego homeowner Jennie Russ earlier this year.”
It started like an average day, when Gabriel went to Jennie’s University Heights home to provide an estimate on a new heating and air conditioning system. When Jennie opened the door, Gabriel immediately smelled gas and went into action!
