“We talk here about a new American Standard by Mitsubishi Mini Split system installed in Jordan’s house,” said Gabriel. “This system is HERO Approved so can be purchased with HERO funding.” He noted that the HERO Program bases their funding decisions primarily on the amount of equity a homeowner has in their property, as opposed to credit reports and credit history, which is more common with other types of financing. And for many consumers, there can be significant tax benefits when they fund their purchase through the HERO Program.
